Flooded Tubular VRLA Battery are designed with a combination of die-casting Tubular positive framework and superfluous electrolyte technologies to offer a very high lever of reliability and a long service life. Opzs batteries used special filter and proof design to ensure no acid fog runs over and burning proof, and also convenient examine and maintenance.

Product Features
1. Positive plate: tubular type, with die-casting thick Pb-Ca grid, it has very good corrosion resistance and very long service life;
2. Negative plate: pasted flat type, radial grid design, good high rate discharge performance;
3. Separator: Porous corrugated plastic board combine with microporosity rubber separactor, more space for electrolyte storage, improving the speed of electrolyte diffusion, avoid the short circuit after deep dischrage.
4. Battery case: Using high strength AS transparent container, nice apperance corrosion resistance, high quality, directly seeing the electrolyte condition.
5. Flooded electrolyte design: contain more electrolyte, space between plates and separators are full of electrolyte thus means good heating capacity and avoid “thermal runaway”
6. Electrolyte: adopts Germany gas sillocon dioxide, electrolyte in gel state in the battery without flowing, leakage and lamination can be avoided.
7. Safety Valve: adopt Germany technology, constant opening and closing, accumulator case expansion, damage and electrolyte dry up can be avoided.

Battery Structure
1. Container and lid
Container and lid is PP material, based on the heat sealing technology to avoid leak of the electrolyte.
2. Negative plate
Thick with cage design for improved holding of the active material and high electrical conductivity.
3. Separator
Microporous polyethylene envelops, to ensure high performance and complete insulation between positive and negative plates,while allowing the free flow of electrolyte throughout the cell.
4. Positive plate
Matured tubular positive plate technology, use imported non-woven calandria in all plate calandria.
5. Terminal
Positive and negative terminal with large copper core cast lead alloy to ensure the battery large current discharge performance.
6. Safety valve
Unique mist collection reflux design, reduces water loss, and reduces maintenance frequency.
7. Flexible connector
With copper core to avoid loose caused by vibration and facilitate maintenance. Holes reserved on the protection cover of the connector for testing the battery voltage.
Packing
All batteries are used for carton packaging, all wooden wooden pallets are used. Of course, it can also be packaged in accordance with the requirements of the customer.

Use and maintenance
1. Please use constant-voltage charge.
2. In floating charge, the voltage is 2.23 to 2.27 per unit cell.In cycle use,
3. the voltage is 2.35 to 2.45 per unit cell,the max.current is no more than 25%C
4. Please do tighten the bolts to avoid sparkle and poor contact when the battery is in use
5. Please do not use it near the heat source and open flame
6. Please keep it at low temperature.Please change it while there is liquid leaking or damage
